Rainbow Inn Boutique Hotel

The Rainbow Inn at Eleuthera, Bahamas, is on the market for sale and has strong guest reviews and endorsements.

The 8,359 square foot boutique resort has 13 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, a pool, a popular restaurant, a bar, and is a unique venue for weddings and events. It is an excellent turnkey investment opportunity. Rainbow Inn, which takes its name from Rainbow Bay, located on the main highway, boasts over three acres of elevated ocean views.

The inn includes three villa suites that have been recently renovated, a two-story cottage, and a restaurant-pizzeria. “The Sunset Cove and Rainbow Room” seats up to 82 guests and features an Italian wood-fired brick oven. The newly renovated beach-style cottages include a kitchenette and are professionally decorated and tastefully furnished.

The renovations include kitchen equipment, a laundry room with two new machines, hurricane impact windows, new air-conditioning, and a 17.5 KW generator. A van that shuttles guests and another vehicle are also included in the sale.

For example, the favourite review, from Cecilia, giving the Rainbow Inn a perfect 5/5 score and describing it as “fabulous,” says, “It has been a true pleasure to find this little piece of paradise, the rooms were even better than the pictures, clean, very friendly staff, access to their pool, amazing views and of course you can dine at the restaurant The Rainbow room that offers excellent food!”

Of the restaurant, Christy wrote a five-star review in March 2020 for the “yummy Italian cuisine. “We were a large party of 17, ranging in ages from 73 to 3; we had the most joyful and delicious pizza party, the pizzas are amazing. If you are in the area, please stop and eat at the restaurant. Great drinks too. The owner and his family are very accommodating, wish we had something half as delicious where we live.”

Dave gave it 5/5 for a “business trip at this landmark hotel,” saying “it is the place to be when In Eleuthera. “We were back for a business trip for 10 days, and we decided to stay again at this jewel hotel. Great surprise now there are new superior and deluxe suites, with all comfort and breakfast included. The rooms are just beautiful with all amenities and with a King size bed of the hotel type. Very comfortable. Great times and indeed amazing food. Many evenings with live local music. The place to be when in Eleuthera.”
