How is the specific property affected now due to circumstances? What is positive about it?

Hurricane Dorian damaged the Westside but is certainly repairable. The price was $850,000 prior to the hurricane and is now $485,000. 

Why do you still recommend this subject property despite circumstances?

The 20,000 sq.ft lot was not flooded during the hurricane. The house with its large lot, the infrastructure, and home is now priced below value so it is a great investment opportunity.

What is the future of this area later in the year/next year?

Elbow Cay has developed a niche market that truly enjoys the lifestyle of Hope Town and the Cay and they wish to preserve this unique setting. Friends of property owners come and visit then wish to buy thus new sales are ignited continually”
